1. My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Please try these steps:
- Double-check your mailbox, parcel locker, or any safe location where packages are often left.
- Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered 1-2 days before they actually arrive. We appreciate your patience in this case.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number for more information on your package’s location.

2. How can I cancel my order?
At Artistry Imprints, we take pride in our fast processing and shipment. Orders are often prepared immediately, so we can only accept cancellation requests within the first 3 hours after an order is placed. To cancel, please email us click here to send a message.
3. I tried calling but couldn’t reach anyone. What should I do?
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST. If you need help outside these hours, please email us at support@artistryimprints.com or click here to contact us, and we’ll respond within 12 hours.

4. How can I track my package?
After your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and carrier information. To check the progress of your shipment, visit our Order Tracking page.
5. How long does production take?
Production typically takes 1-2 business days. For custom laser-cut metal art, production time may be 5-10 business days.
6. My order hasn’t shipped after 2 days. Why?
Our production team doesn’t work on weekends, so if you placed your order on a Friday after 3:00 pm CST or over the weekend, it will likely ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.
7. How long does shipping take?
- For U.S. orders: Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, although many packages arrive sooner.
- For Canada, UK, and EU orders: Shipping may take 5-10 business days.
- For international orders: Delivery times range from 7-14 business days.
8. I made a mistake with my order details. How can I correct it?
If you need to update your order information, please email us at support@artistryimprints.com within 3 hours of placing your order. Once your order has entered the shipping process, we’re unable to make any changes.
