Returns for Orders in Good Condition

  • If your order arrives on time and in perfect condition, but you'd still like to return it, simply email us at support@artistryimprints.com with your order number.

Policy for Damaged or Defective Items

  • Should any product arrive damaged or defective, email us a photo of the item along with your order number at support@artistryimprints.com, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

At Artistry Imprints, we take pride in our efficient order processing, shipping, and delivery. Once an order is placed, our dedicated team immediately prepares it for the next available shipment.

Due to our fast process, we offer a 3-hour cancellation window. Any cancellation requests made after this period may not be accommodated, as the order is typically already packed and scheduled for courier pickup the next day.

Customers may return their package for a refund, though please note that the transaction fees imposed by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refund.

Please be aware that payment platforms, such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay, apply non-refundable transaction fees that range between 3.5% and 4.7% for each processed payment. As a result, refund requests will incur corresponding deductions based on the payment gateway used.

During the busy holiday season, we do our best to ensure your gifts arrive on time. However, due to high order volumes and unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in delivery.
